Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of the item. We will give a replacement or a full refund if the product you received has defects or what you received was not the size you ordered. If the return is for any other reason, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges. In case of exchanges where the wrong size was ordered, forward shipping charges will apply for the replacement item.

In case there is an issue with the size, please get in touch with us at business@essikaclothing.com to get a replacement. Please do get in touch with us to get clarification on sizes before you order.
